- Wired controller or Wi-Fi app control included
Siting & clearances
- Outdoor unit on wall bracket or ground slab
- Minimum 300 mm clearance front, 150 mm sides
- Keep clear of openable windows/doors, see planning notes
- Permitted Development: ≤ 42 dB(A) at 1 m from neighbour
- Not suitable for installation in a fully enclosed space
Hot water cylinder
- Requires an indirect unvented cylinder if replacing a combi boiler
- Recommended cylinder size: 180–250 litres (depending on occupancy)
- Immersion heater backup recommended
- Cylinder stat set to 50–55 °C for normal operation
- Legionella prevention cycle: 60 °C, once per week
Refrigerant
- R32, GWP 675 (low compared to R410A at 2,088)
- Factory charged, field refrigerant work requires F-Gas certification
